and I might be dumb because I don't care much for politics, but I don't see how this would effect lizchan at all (correct me if I'm wrong). Anything sexual related is usually on /b/ and I've set strict rules about it too. If this does become a issue in the future then I will enforce stricter rules if needed. Thank you for your concern.

I'm just concerned that something might happen that would be out of your control. Like, let's say some asshole comes on here and talks about his prostitution business. I know you would take it down immediately but according to this law just because you let that get through, you would be held liable for that post and face up to ten years in American federal prison. I know this is probably just paranoia and it will most likely never happen but I've just been thinking about it (not just this site but other small sites as well).

Also, I thought about the loli thread that was on here but considering that doesn't involve real girls I suppose it will be fine.
